CALLS TO YOUR PRACTICE - From Wednesday 14th May 2025

With effect from Wednesday 14th May 2025 we will be 'pooling' our calls for ALL of our patients across our 3 surgeries.  This will mean that when you call your surgery you may well speak to any one of our reception teams based at either Warlingham Green Medical Practice, Chaldon Road Surgery or Whyteleafe Surgery.  Your call will be dealt with in exactly the same manner as currently, but you may find that if there are no appointments available at your registered practice you may be offered an appointment at one of our other surgery's, but this will be explained to you at the point of booking.  This will allow us to share our resources more effectively and to make access easier for everyone.  We appreciate your patience during this transition.
