Please note that on Friday 21st November Whyteleafe Surgery will be closed due to a planned power cut in the Whyteleafe area.
You will still be able to attend your appointment but our doctors, nurses and other staff will be working from Warlingham Green Medical Practice and Chaldon Road Surgery. If you have a booked appointment on Friday 21st November, you will be advised which practice you should attend.
