You will be aware of the news about the Coronavirus.  If you are suffering with a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please DO NOT attend your Doctor’s surgery.  Please contact the surgery by telephone, and a telephone consultation will be arranged with the Doctor.

As a Surgery, we will do our best to keep our patients and staff safe and avoid the spread of infection.  To achieve this, please be aware of the following:

  • Patients telephoning our surgeries will be triaged by a member of staff.  Please be prepared to give sufficient information about the reason for your appointment.  If information is not provided, we will not be able to book you an appointment
  • Please do not touch surfaces, counters, or banisters due to the risk of infection.
  • You may be asked to stand a little further back at the counter or behind a taped line
  • Sanitisers and wipes will be made available where possible.  Please make use of these before using the touchscreen.
  • Please make appointments by telephone, rather than face to face, where possible.
  • Please only attend the surgery if you have a booked appointment.

The NHS and Public Health England (PHE) are extremely well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases. The NHS has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.    The risk to the general public is moderate.

Warlingham Green Medical Practice, Chaldon Road Surgery and Whyteleafe Surgery have merged

From 1st October Whyteleafe Surgery has joined Warlingham Green and Chaldon Road Surgeries as one group practice.

All three surgeries will continue functioning in the same way as currently from their existing locations with their current telephone numbers. The only change you may notice will be that some of the correspondence will have the address of Warlingham Green on it instead of Whyteleafe Surgery. This is because Warlingham Green is the lead practice of the group and as such is listed as the contact address for the surgery.

Closed for Staff Training

The practices will be closed for training on the afternoons of:

17th March 2020

11th June 2020

23rd September 2020

11th November 2020
